I strive to have a happy home when I’m all alone

To be in good company with myself when there’s no one else

Give a smile to the mirror when it seems no one is trying to draw nearer

A love for myself not rooted in pride, but appreciating what I know is inside

It’s just me and God and I’m not pressed to flee; I’m in search of what He sees in me

Who knows if He’ll ever add another.  What is known is that He’s got all I need covered

Let this permeate the nature of my being so that what you see is worth seeing

There’s a void out there that He’s shaped for me for. I don’t need to try to be anything more
